About the Activity
Music is a joyful part of learning and everyday life at Spring Bilingual Daycare.
Through songs, rhythm, movement, and playful musical activities, children develop listening skills, language, coordination, and self-expression.
Singing together also gives children opportunities to learn new words, follow patterns, participate in a group, and express themselves with confidence.
We keep music playful and age-appropriate, allowing children to participate, move, sing, and enjoy music in their own way.
What They Learn
- Listening skills: recognizing sounds, rhythms, melodies, and changes in music.
- Language development: learning new words and practicing pronunciation through songs and repetition.
- Rhythm & coordination: developing timing and body coordination through clapping, movement, and musical play.
- Self-expression: building confidence and creativity through singing, movement, and participation.
